When we disconnect from the body we get far away from our instincts and the body reacts with stiffness, pain, anxiety…

In this sessions we discover the potential that exists within us if we learn to listen, talk, and work in harmony with our body.

Despite the evidence that our body is directly affected by what we think and feel, physical relaxation also involves mental stillness. Silencing the mind has an impact on our physical, mental and emotional body. We do this through breathing, relaxation, stretching, listening, and exercises to increase vitality.

As a result of this we feel an improvement in our physical, mental, and emotional body. We can improve our body posture, reduce back pain, and we manage stress with techniques that can be applied in daily life.

In short, combining breathing exercises, gentle movements, and relaxation techniques helps integrate our body on different levels: physical, mental, and emotional.
