La relaxaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica implica quietud mental. Silenciar la ment t\u00e9 un impacte en el nostre cos f\u00edsic, mental i emocional. Ho fem a trav\u00e9s de la respiraci\u00f3, la relaxaci\u00f3,\u00a0els estiraments, l&#8217;escolta i els exercicis per augmentar la vitalitat.<\/p>\n<p>Com a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia d&#8217;aix\u00f2, sentim una millora en el nostre cos f\u00edsic, mental i emocional.
