Body Alignment

Body alignment can be done in a working environment. It will prevent injuries due to stress or body position.

With a total of 15 hours in 10 sessions, we learn practical techniques for everyday life.

We learn to deal with stress, how to prevent injuries, and how to reduce sick leave due to these issues.

The result of teaching in the work place is very favorable and creates a good working environment with colleagues.
